Re: I'm trying
Hi Welcome, If you're interested in charting, you should buy the book "Taking Care of Your Fertility" this book is incredible and it teaches you how to chart your temperature, which you need to buy a specail basal body thermometer. (BBT) and you'll take your temperature every morning when you wake up. The other girls on here can go into more detail.. but I HIGHLY recommend getting the book to help you along.

The book mentioned above is THE best place to start to learn how to chart.

Re: I'm trying
Taking Charge of Your Fertility..... aka TCOYF by toni weschler is an excellent book.
I highly recommend .....'fertilityfriend.com' as well....it's a free website/service, where you can enter your temperatures...daily and it will create a chart for you......You can view other charts similiar to yours and ....the best part is you can chat with other women from all over the world, and when you do...you can post your chart and ask others for their opinions and interpretations......and you can see....other charts and other women's analysis....it's so informative....and addicting :) lol
