Congrats. I could never not tell people for so long...I was showing by 8 weeks.
You may want to discuss with work earlier so that they have the proper amount of time to work out arrangements.
THANKS - the problem with work is that this year I am subbing with hopes of a "real" job next year - and now, obviously, it looks as if it won't happen, which is disappointing after all my hard work...but everything happens for a reason...
luckily my dh is very supportive (and excited) so he is trying to lift the burden I kinda feel!
