Need Help with DS
I rarely post on here but I see how you moms are all supportive of each other. My son is going to be 16 months. He doesnt eat properly. What I mean is he will have 2-3 bites of anything and then starts throwing it. He will only eat fruit, yogurt or stage 2 DHA vegetables. What can I do?
Also I havent tried yet to let him fall asleep on his own after a bottle I usually rock him. Any suggestions on how to start this?

Re: Need Help with DS
I don't really have suggestions on the eating. My DS will be 2 very soon and he's still a bit "Picky" with what table foods are offered to him.
As for the sleeping on his own, can you give him his bottle and then just put him right in his crib? DS used to fall asleep with his bottle and we would take it out of his crib immediatley. After 14 months, we stopped the bottle (and all baby foods) cold turkey and just started laying him in his crib, using the CIO method. It was hard. I won't lie, but, he has been an awesome sleeper.

Re: Need Help with DS
DS has been eating like this over the past few months too. He is also 16 months. I'd love more advice on this.
As for putting him down on his own: We got a music thing he can turn on himself. We got him used to it over a few days, then added it to his crib. He plays it himself to fall asleep. It has been the greatest thing EVER!!
