steppers?
I saw target has a reebok one on sale this week and I'm contemplating getting it. Its just one of those that you step up and down. Anyone have this one or something similar do you like it?
I'm also looking into getting a treadmill, but since that is more $$$ I'm thinking should I try the stepper first? I want to lose 15-20 lbs and tone my legs and abs.

I was eying up the Nordictrack ministepper at Sears the other day. It's only like $50 bucks and looks like it would be something nice to do while watching t.v. Is that what you mean or an elliptical machine?
Any kind of activity you will do that burns calories will help you lose weight so I say go for it! There are other exercise you can do as well to tone your legs and abs (squats, lunges, mountain climbers). You might also want a body ball and some weights and/or a resistance band.

HTH! Good luck and have fun!
