Feeling sick after wo

so... this morning i busted my @$$ at spin, now I have a pounding headache and feel like im going to throwup.
im hydrated and had peanut butter samwich :) and a banana b4.

anyone get this or know what may be the cause.

of course my doc is not in office today but i may go see him tomorrow if he is in - this really bums me....I love spin.

p.s. i just took my blood pressure and its 133/92 and pulse is 83. (are those good #s ??). spin was at 6am for an hour.

any ideas???

This has happened to me before when I push myself really hard. I say to take it easy for the rest of the day. Perhaps at the next spin class push yourself, but not too hard.

i've gotten nauseus after a hard wo when i havent pushed myself that hard in a long time.

it's normal- just up your carb intake b4 the work out and make sure u're fully digested and take it a bit more easy.

thanks ladies. my dh says he looked on the net and its call exercised induced migrane and nausea
they have a diagnosis for everything LOL.

about 11:30 I started throwing up for a while like 4 times. felt like I was gona die.
no spin for me this morning. taking a break today altho I WANT TO GO SPIN


eta: I did speak to my doc. yesterday and he says he doesnt know why/has absolutely no clue/has absolutely no idea why I would feel that way and that blood pressure is normal
that was after dh told me what he found. i just said ok thank you and hung up.
time for a new doctor u think ???
