Those new lung cancer commercials are very disturbing.. I'm sure glade I don't smoke...

My DH called his Dr for Chantix (sp) because of it. I am thrilled he is finally going to quit.

and I used to smoke too!
quit-and will never ever ever go back. My way of thinking?
how selfish I am to have one die early and have my kids watch their mom suffer and then they bury me...

I'm actually really grateful for the timing of these ads, although I've been turning away when they're on, I'm so happy DH has seen them b/c he's been saying he's quitting smoking for about 6 years, and finally New Years Day he gave it up, and hopefully its for good!

that one with the aorta makes me want to die!!!!! 
I thought my strategic placement of pics of black lungs on the frig for my mom as a teen was graphic  this has NOTHING on that.
I haven't seen the green guy yet,

It's very hard to watch because my husband lost one of his best friends in '08. He was in his 30's and had two young kids. Whoever smokes, please do something!
