Holiday Weight Gain

How much, if any, weight did you gain over the holidays, and how much do you plan to lose?

I gained 5 lbs and hope to lose 10 lbs.

I pretty much maintained over the holidays which I am very happy with. I would like to lose another 10 but I am taking my time with it - no rush here!

I make a habit to never weigh myself- but my pants feel a bit snug. Although that could be PMS- I usually gain a TON of water weight around that time of the month!

Either way I'm starting to eat better- thank GOD the Chrstmas cookies are all gone! I want to try to work out a bit too- just to tone up!

I do WW so I have to weigh myself every week. Even if I didn't, I've had to go up a pant size since I went down to 130. I've gone up to 145 since reaching my goal in 2007.

Gained 6 lbs. Lost 1 so far.

Hope to finally reach my goal weight, which will be 23 lbs more that I have to lose.

Luckily, no gain this year, but I made extra sure to get in all my workouts unlike in years past.

I lgained 5 pounds. I'm back on the wagon again and i'm going to lose 80 pounds.
