Can I brag for a minute
 So my job does performance reviews and everyone gets a rating from 1-5, with 1 being you suck and 5 being you are the best thing ever
needless to say most people get ratings of 2-4...
3 is a solid performer and 4 is superior
Last year, I was a 3, as were like 90% of my group
I just met with my manager and I got a 4 this year, which she said is hard to get
I am so happy.....
