For those of you that have flown Southwest recently

Does anyone know what we can bring for drinks for toddlers?

Meaning if I bring a sippy cup of milk or juice, will they allow me to bring it on?

What about juice boxes?

And what about foods? Do they have any regulations about food?

Thanks!!!!

If something was in a sippy cup they were fine with it. We normally just put milk in it since we can get juice on the plane.

As far as food, no yogurt, no applesauce but solid foods are fine.

I flew last week. I put 2 Juice boxes and 2 applesauces in a ziplock. They let me on after checking it all out.

Same with me, but it was last July.

And it isn't really Southwest, it is security that you need to pass with that stuff.

I had to dump the sippy with water. This was November. I think it's hit or miss depending on who screens your stuff.

no water is allowed....juice or milk in juice boxes or sippy cups should be fine. I've been ok with yogurt and applesauce all the times I've traveled. Just don't bring mass quantities and make sure the screener knows and its easy for them to look at the stuff separately from your other belongings.

Thanks everyone.

What I think I will do it pack them in my carry on bag in a ziploc bag.

I flew southwest last month. They let me take 3 sippys with milk and water, a yogurt and applesauce. I just kept it in a separate lunch bag and showed them at security. No problem at all.
