Really aggravated right now re: changing therapists
so we had decided in december that we wanted to switch OTs, more than anything b/c the new OT is someone that we have worked with in the past and know her caliber of work. the old OT was nice, but was not the right one for hannah.
so i was told at our meeting that the service coordinator would make sure that the old OT was told that she was no longer on the case, so that i could avoid a confrontation, if any. so the agency said no worries, we'll take care of it.
well fast forward to this week, hannah has been absent and the old OT came 2x during the week. NO ONE told her. I was mortified. i felt so bad. her she treking all over for no reason.
we had a lovely conversation though, thank goodness, but i am really annoyed that the agency did not take care of it like they said.

Re: Really aggravated right now re: changing therapists
call your service coordinator and ask to switch agencies or call the agency directly and threaten to do that. That is totally unprofessional. Sorry you had to deal with that.
