Tonight is the night!
I start Grad School tonight! I am excited and nervous all wrapped up in one. I have been researching this program for a little over a year and it's finally here!!!
Now that we just found out we're pregnant, it complicates things a little bit with working nights and student teaching during the day for 6 months at the end but I think if I want it as bad as I think I can....I'll make it happen!
Anyhow, are you all prepared for a million and one questions from me?????

Re: Tonight is the night!
YAYm Stacy!!! good luck to you! and trust me, if you survived a degree in engineering and math or whatever crazy degree you have you will survive a Masters in Ed. I found the courses to be very easy and carried a 4.0 all the way through. IMO, the real learning occurs when you're with the kids.

Re: Tonight is the night!
Congrats!
I agree the real experience happens with the students, not the master's program.
Where are you going?

Grad school is actually pretty easy and a fun. Everyone is going through what you are going through so everyone bonds together.
Enjoy it and good luck with the pregnancy!

Re: Tonight is the night!
don't worry about the pregnancy - I had my first child during my second masters and it worked out great. I ended up doing my internship (= to student teaching) when he was 7 months - couldn't have been better timing to go back to work when I finished.
