Reoccuring headaches

The past week i have probably taken more Excedrin Migraine than most people should. I have been going to bed and waking up w. a headaches everyday. I dont have AF and im not on medication. I have no idea what it is. Im not going thru caffeine withdrawl and ive been trying to drink enough water.

What gives??

have u had your eyes checked recently. i know i get headaches when i haven't had my eyes checked

I get constant headaches when my neck is out of alignment. I head to the chiropractor.

do you grind your teeth? I grind my teeth and wake up with a headache when i don't wear my bite guard. it is from stress. also i get a headache if i sleep too much or sleep too little.

I experience migraines about a week before AF, not during.
Also, my doc told me there are foods that will trigger;check out the following:

Atleast you can avoid those foods until you get to a doctor. I think you should make a Doc appt. My doctor gave me some good medicine that really helps; I only take when it's really bad.
