That's fine
IMO, he wasn't worth what he was asking. I think the three year deal the Mets offered him was more than fair. I don't think he was worth the extra year and money, especially since he wasn't in great demand. It'll make the Braves better, but IMO, they were in worse shape than we were.

yea i agree with the added 4th year.. but its too bad he was too demanding.. i would have like him!
but i think Perez will sign with the Mets.. he has a great offer !

right - that's just it
Lowe wasn;t a HUGE upgrade over Perez, so in this case, it's best to stick with the pitcher you know. Perez can have an off day, but he's generally consistent.

right... i agree..
But.. i dont know.. i feel like there is something missing with this mix.. i would have liked to have Lowe on the team..
but yea not for what he was asking..
at least if perez signs we wont be losing anything.. i would consider them equal for the most part
