How much do you think a person can lose in this amount of time?
How much do you think a person can realistically lose in about 11 - 12 weeks time?
I am returning to weight watchers on Wednesday and have set a goal for myself for the end of March when I will hopefully be taking a weekend with the girls.
I want to be healthy about. I dont exercise much to be honest but I want to at least try to do my wii a little every day.
How much do you think I can lose?

You could realistically lose about 15lbs - and that would be a lot. If you up the exercise you could lose closer to 30, probably around 25lbs.
Most women will lose about 1 - 1.5lbs a week.

I think its tough to say b/c it all depends on your current weight, activity levels, how much food you cut out, etc.... but I'd imagine that someone who is overweight can easily lose 1-2lbs/week.

I would say in 12 weeks... 15 pounds is a realistic amount. 20 pounds if you exercise a lot.

I would say 10 lbs. Anything larger may seem overwhelming.

I agree. I wouldn't expect more than 10 to be on the safe side.
