How do you not go to the bathroom for 4 HOURS???

That's why I bought the CBEFM. I drink so much water during the day that I go to the bathroom about 6 times just at work. It dilutes my urine too much for those sticks.

it is tough
what I took to doing was testing around 11 b/c I usually do not go until after that.

Not a bad idea. This way I will go before I leave for work and then wait until about 11pm.
