Did this happen to anyone esle?
I went to the dr. on Thursday and the first pregnancy test he gave me came out negative, the second one had a faint line? The one I took at home two days before was a dark line, but it was also one for 5 days before your missed period. Did this happen to anyone else?
*He sent me for bloodwork yesterday and I'm going again tomorrow to make sure that my hormone levels have doubled, but in the mean time since Thursday night I've been so upset and anxious.

Didn't happen to me, but my first thought is that the tests they use at most docs office are not as sensative as a FRER or something like that.
A FRER can read hcg as low as 10-15 mlu, while the kind at the docs office generally read at something like 25 mlu.

The sensitivity of the tests is one factor but also bc it wasnt FMU.
