Re: 16 Month Old
I'd like to know too...ds just turned 16 months 2 days ago. For breakfast we'll give him oatmeal with pureed fruit, and some milk. for snack he'll have a blueberry waffle. Lunch is usually scrambled eggs w/cheese or w/turkey. Dinner usually ravioli w/meat and then a yogurt. We need more variety.

Re: 16 Month Old
DS is 14 months, but these are a few things he likes (though I feel I need variety too)!:
Soups (chicken, black bean, split pea) Pancakes Chicken Salad (the boy won't eat chicken shredded or in little chunks, but chicken salad is fine with him) Salmon Balls (odd, but he likes them) Melted cheese on a pita Pizza (usually homemade so it's not so greasy or salty) Chick Peas blended with plain yogurt in a food processor
I still feed him a fair amount of pureed fruit and veggies, otherwise he won't eat much at all.

Re: 16 Month Old
We stopped buying baby food but I am afraid DD won't be getting enough/same amount of fruit/veggies. I think it's just time tho to switch to our foods.

Re: 16 Month Old
My son is 17 months and he eats the following: (very limited but he eats) I have been having trouble lately with him eating dinner!
Breakfast French Toast Sticks Toast with Jelly Cereal (Cheerios or Frosted Flakes) Yogurt Apples Bananas. Melon, Watermelon
Lunch Chix Nuggets Hot Dog Grilled Cheese DH Sandwiches French Fries
Dinner Pasta with Sauce Chix Nuggets Alot of Veggies (loves corn, broccoli, string beans) Meatballs Sometimes Chicken cutup
I need some variety but he has little bits of the above. He can be stubborn at times and not eat alot but I guess they know when they had enough. I would love to try soup with him.

Re: 16 Month Old
My DS is 16 months
Breakfast choices: 2 pancakes 2 pc french toast 1 waffle 1 egg omelet w/ veggies & cheese with 1 pc of buttered toast oatmeal w/ pureed fruit mixed in 1 muffin AND a fruit: banana, raspberries, oranges or a puree depending on the day. Also if I feel he ahasn't drank enough milk when he woke up, I will give yogurt.
Lunch choices: he eats everything under the sun ... Whole What Pastina or Ditalini boiled in cticken stock, mixed with broccoli & cauliflower and 1 slice of American Cheese (it melts) - substitute any other veggie (peas, carrots, zucchini, squash, spinach, etc...) a full bowl of Minestrone, Chicken Rice, Bean or Beef & Vegetable Soup 1 whole Grilled Cheese & Yogurt any Leftovers (chili, chicken, turkey, etc) he's not a big fan of cold cuts at all - I always try but he spits them out. AND Fruit or pureed veggie
Dinner: whatever we eat
Usually a yogurt, chocolate pudding, or rice pudding for dessert.
