Is anyone else pregnant with #3 and nervous?

I was at McDonald's yesterday with my two boys (DS#1 will be 3 this month and DS#2 will be 1 this month). I was trying to be calm and things were "managable" but I was thinking - I will NEVER be able to do this next year with three kids by myself.

How will I go to the store, how will we go to the playground, just how???? I don't want to stop living but there's no more room in the cart, etc.

Anyone else in the same boat?

I have a 3 1/2 DS and a 16 month old DD and am 4 months pregnant and wonder the same thing every day. it is tough enough to get around with 2 but 3 forget it. I will be home bound too. I think for a while I will have to leave someone home but when they get a little bigger it will get easier (I hope and Pray)

I am PG with # 4 and I am so scared!! How will I do anything. But the truth is, I managed with 3 and ds2 and ds3 are only 15 mo apart... I think I can handle one more... I hope....
