I am ready for successs!
I ran Sunday and yesterday! So while I feel like a beginner again, I am out there and moving my body. The weather is getting warmer, so I plan to keep it up!
I also signed up for etools (WW). I even set it up on my blackberry! I have such a hard time keeping track of my points without it- and once I stop keeping track of my points- I stop going to meetings- then I stop exercising and its all downhill.
So now I have the tools for success! Only one to blame I don't stick to it this time is me.
