AF related question
Lately, about a week before AF is due I get extremely bloated. I mean, right now I look 4 months pregnant. Then, after AF I lose close to 8 lbs. Is this just retaining water? Should I be concerned and go to the doctor?

I was just talking to a girl I work with about this. The same thing happens to me, but it made me feel better because she gains about 8lb before af too. I get SO bloated and feel yucky, but as soon as af starts it starts to go down. I try to limit salt intake/excess sugar to help the bloat, but it doesn't really seem to help me
