Those that stopped BC,
How long was it before you had a normal cycle? December was my first cycle off the pill and I havent had a normal one yet, just wondering how long it took everyone else to get a normal one.

I am 6 months off the pill, and only in the last two do I see a pattern. My first months off my cycles were 40+ days, now two months in a row they have been 27 days.

My first cycle was exactly 28 days. After that it was kamakazie AF.
She would just show up whenever she felt like it. I finally went to an OBGYN after going 103 days without one.

Ever since I stopped BC my cycle was between 30-33 days, however I only spotted for the first few months. This is the first cycle that I have what I consider a normal flow. Sorry if TMI.

My cycle is so messed up!!! I went 7 months without getting it Dr put me on Provera got it finally and then it stopped so back to the DR next month!!!

I could have written the same thing. I think my longest cycle was 63 days, but the cycle I got preggo I O'ed on CD 61 - so that would have been the record breaker

similar experience.
First cycle was 35 days and after that- all heck broke loose.
anywhere from 34 days to 60 days.

I haven't been on BC since I became PG with my son...that was 2 yrs ago...and my cycles have been all over the place since he was born. I did have 3 months were I was an exact 28 day cycle...but then it got all scewy on me

I did...I was on a 35 day cycle...but I was also 18 prior to being on BC....I would have to assume that my boby has changed since then.

yup, me too. I used to be "regular" 28-30 days, but I started BCPs at 18 (and stopped at 30).

I did have a normal cycle before. I started when i was 19, then stopped it for 4 months after being on it a year and had no problems, started it up again and know i not normal. I am only concerned this time because the first 2 months i was maybe 2days late and felt it, now i was suppossed to get it fri or sat and dont feel it at all, plus we had a little mishapp. So i bought a test, but i will wait till fri. just in case. I guess I am just scared
