OK so my goal is to try and lose 20-25 pounds.....Do u think I can do it??lol
I do a video work out 4 times a week for 30 mins and walk on the treadmill for 1 hour....I just started this week but do you think I should be doing more??
My DD is a year old and now I wanna get rid of the baby fat...Im 5'1" and 150 I dont really look like I need to lose that much weight but I still have a big belly... HELP I look like I am 3 months prego!!

You can do it! and no I don't think you should be doing more. You don't want to overdo it and hurt yourself or lose motivation. I would keep the same exercise routine for a few weeks and then see how you feel.

You can definitely do it! It is all about staying committed and gradually increasing the intensity of what you are doing. With time, I would say test out running on the treadmill, even if it is just for a few minutes out of the hour.
