I have a constant pain in my side...what should I do???

It started around 930pm last night. It is on my left side, lower belly. It kind of feels like a cramp or stitch that you get when you work out. It hasn't gotten worse it just feels like a dull cramp.

The thing is that it doesn't hurt at all when I am sitting or laying down. I only feel it when I stand up or walk.

The lady at my school thinks it could be the baby - is that possible at 25 weeks??? Maybe the way he or she is positioned or agianist something.

Should I call my doctor or am I worrying for nothing???

it sounds like it could be gas pain, but i would call the doc just to be safe

i'm a big fan of calling the doctor for anything 'odd' or painful. that is what they are there for!!!

i'm sure she could be in a weird position - but better to hear it from someone with the letters MD or OB at the end of their name - just for your own peace of mind!

I had this happen to me....the Dr. told me the position of the baby can mean a HUGE difference in a nites sleep or a nite awake..There is no way to move him/her obviously....I would call your Dr. just for peace of mind but more then likely your LO is just tapping on a sensitive area! Sorry..hope the baby moves soon!
