dog pimples

the other day i noticed that my pug had, what looked to be a cut on his chin. it went away, but i can see a small scar. Today i found 2 larger, white 'pimples' on his nose and chin. Im worried that it could be something more severe than a pimple, but the vet is closed.

Anyone else ever have anything like this on their pup?

Yes, we did, right behind his nose. I bought Oxy pads if you can believe it! I just dabbed a couple of times a day and it went away.

Is your dog's water or food dish plastic? I've heard that bacteria can be absorbed by the plastic and transferred to the dog whenever they eat or drink.
