Re: invasalign?

My Dentist, who does Invisalign, is not strictly an Orthodontist.

Dr. K in Stony Brook - He is great! 689-8570

Re: invasalign?

My dentist did it not an orthodontist. I was so happy with the results.

Re: invasalign?

If you don't mind me asking, was it expensive? My Dh wants to do this. TIA

Re: invasalign?

It was more expensive than traditional braces, but my insurance still covered the same amount that it would have covered for the traditional.

Re: invasalign?

Thanks! Our dental insurance is HORRIFIC! I guess we will be paying out of pocket. Our dentist just also told us that our DS who is only 5 will definitley need braces too. I think my little guy come the time will be getting them before my Dh does invasalign.

Re: invasalign?

my insurance says it covers only up to 19. for those who had coverage did yours state that and were you still covered.
i think my best bet is to get a pre-estimate & submit it to my insurance (metlife) to see if they will pay a portion..
