Is your baby shy with DH?
So, at almost 23 weeks, I'm getting a lot more kicks, pokes and bumps that I can see and feel on the outside. DH had a snow day yesterday and everytime he looked or put his hand on my belly... nothing!!! Silly baby!!!
I wonder if they sense something different. I gotta get DH rubbin' on me more to get more aquainted!

Yeah. We had a hard time getting the timing right as well. Isn't t weird how that happens? He finally felt her though around 24 weeks. It'll happen...

My DH is too impatient - so at almost 34 weeks he still hasn't felt him -

Re: Is your baby shy with DH?
The same thing happens to me! I feel movement all day long...my belly jumps all around and when DH or my mom tries to feel its like silence and stillness!!....Stubborn babies we all have!

Yes!! Happens to me all the time. I swear the baby kicks and kicks and by the time I get DH over to get to my belly the baby goes to sleep or something. LOL

Re: Is your baby shy with DH?
It's pretty funny you wrote this. The baby hasn't been active for about 5 days and yesterday we had our Dr appointment and she said sometimes it will go a few days without feeling anything. So last night DH really wanted to feel the baby so he kept talking to my belly and telling it he wanted to feel it kick and all of a sudden it started to kick. it was the funniest thing. He LOVED it!!!

Mine too!! He will hold his hand there for a second and say " I don't feel anything". Usually as soon as he takes his hand away, the baby moves. Not sure if your baby gets hiccups alot, but mine does. I made hime feel that, since I know when the next movement would come. MEN!!!

Re: Is your baby shy with DH?
It takes a while. This little one can be moving around like crazy and i won't even say anything to him anymore i just look and he comes over puts his hand down on my belly and it's like instant it stops. Good thing is when i'm trying to get to sleep because im exhausted I just ask him to feel for the baby on my belly.

Re: Is your baby shy with DH?
Yes! this happened with me as well. Everytime DH would feel my belly the baby would stop. It was only a few weeks ago(I'm 35 weeks now) that he was really able to feel the baby without having to sit still for 10 minutes.
