First name. DW calls my mom by first name as well. Or Grandma, depending on the context.

God i hate calling her anything other than "your mom" hahaha
I try to call her by her first name but its uncomfortable
I mean can you imagine calling your MIL - "Fun"??
And its super odd to say "Mom" for me too
"mom" is a disrespectful word I use for the woman my father is married to right now.
My hubby calls my Dad "Dad" though or he'll say "your dad" and I totally understand that.
Its cute that he tells my Dad he loves him too!

I try not to call her anything.  I have a weird relationship with them, I never felt close enough to call them mom and dad even though my DH and I have been together for over 17 years. (We started dating when we were 16) My DH on the other hand always calls my parents mom and dad and he's very comfortable with that. We're closer with my parents then his. I don't call his parents or answer the phone when they call so I don't really ever have to call them anything I guess.

i never called her Mrs. C, and she's not my mom, so i don't call her that.
although now i am usually with DS, so i can call her grammy

i rarely call her anything
she does not feel like a "mom" to me but at the same time I feel silly calling her by her first name, so I do my best to avoid calling her anything...

I call her Mom and it doesnt feel awkward. My mom died shortly after I got married and it took alittle while before I felt comfortable calling her that again (I called her mom then kinda stopped when my mom died then started again)
I am very close to my MIL so its fine, she never requested it. Of my 2 SILs one calls her mom one calls her by her first name.

By her first name.....She signs cards to the 2 of us from Mom but if its only to me she signs with her name...I cannot imagine calling her mom..I have my own mom already LOL

I call her Ruth. That's her first name.
Everyone else calls her Janet. that's her middle name.
She wanted me to call her mother. no problem except another word would be added on.
Once I called her abuela. She said I said it wrong so she can eff herself. Ruth it is.

Judy or Jude. She wants me to call her mom, but DH doesn't even want to call her mom most of the time (he calls her an EDP )
And I call her Grandma, but I think it pizzes her and my SIL off b/c my niece calls her Giggle

ditto for everything...lol....except we have started dating at 17 and together for 14 yrs....lol.....and that my dh doesnt call my parents anything either ....and he doesnt pick up the phone when they call or call them either soooo i guess thats why he doesnt call my parents anything either
oh i did start calling her nana when im over there with dd but thats it

same here...although it took a little while before it was comfortable just b/ c i am so close with my own mom, it was weird at first calling someone else it. Now it's second nature (my SIL's all call her mom too)
ETA: when i am with my DS i call her nani (what all the grand kids call her)

Her first name or if the kids are in the room "Grandma". It amazes me how I can avoid someone's name for so long by just starting to talk to them.
She's not "mom" to me as that's only one person in my life.
My mom called her MIL mom but she knew her since she was 16 & her mom died when she was 10.

when she's not around - Voldemort... (not kidding - she's in our GPS with that name too) ..
when she is - i don't refer to her as a name really....
