I'm new
I've been reading the boards but never really posted.
Everyone is so helpfull here so I decided to post. We are trying to sell our Apt in Great Neck. We had an offer and they backed out right before they signed the contrat (too long to get into but they screwed us) 
So if anyone is looking or know's anyone who wants to rent or buy a co-op please keep us in mind.
We bought a house in Massapequa park and we are finally done with some renovations and are moving in this Sat!  I will post pic's of the work we did.
