This is driving me crazy.
The chorus is "Heeeeeeeey ho aight!"

I can hear the song, but I can't think of who sings it.

OPP was by Naughty by Nature who also did Hip Hop Hooray.
This song was in the same genre probably around the same time as Rump Shaker.
It is similar to Hip Hop Hooray because it involves a crowd of people singing at the same time and it's drawn out.
