I had gone to the er the other night because of bad stomach pains. They only did a CT scan test and it showed that I have a
"Thickening of the stomach wall" . Does anyone know what this means? any info would be great. I have further tests schedule for this week, do get the answer we need, but I am just going crazy right now. My dr thinks it may be Crohn's, but I don't know..

3/17 - UPDATE Went for an untra sound yesterday it showed I have a cyst on my left overy, but that should not cause all the pain I have. Went to the GI today, he looked at the copy of the ct scan and told me that my Ileum wall was thick. We scheduled a colonoscopy test for this coming friday..
I am really nervous getting this test done, but I know I t has to get done, b/c I need an answer asap.

It's very rare to have crohns in the stomach. Most crohns is found in the intestines.

when are your tests?

Inflammation in your stomach could be so many things..gastritis, allergy and ulcer..

don't self diagnose..wait for your tests and try not to stress. I know it's hard.

I had one test today a
"transvaginal untrasound". Tomorrow I will to the GI dr for a cosultation
