how long will this last....
i can't stand it!
i started a new job in july.
my predecessor was here for 10 yrs.
she had a horrible attitude and horrible relationships w/ coworkers and supervisors.
how long do i have to atone for her sins? all their baggage from her is being heaped onto me....
and in other aspects where she did well, they expect me to be exactly like her.  I am my own person w/ my own personality and my own style.
how much longer!!!!!!!

I know what you mean, I've been there..best way to rectify that is through your actions and establishing credibility - can take some time..but I am sure you can do it!!
