I know you Lost an amazing amount of weight! You should be so proud of yourself! How much?
And I bet your lifestyle has changed so much! Can you desrcribe that?

Well my total loss to date was 55 pounds. I am not done losing I don't think, but I am totally okay with where I am if it doesn't happen.
My life has changed a lot. I feel like I respect myself and my body a lot more. I am sleeping better, and my energy level is higher than years past.
I actually like to exercise now, you could never have paid me in the past to exercise as much as I do now. I find it to be a big stress reliever.
Dh has lost weight too, and we just seem happier and healthier overall. We don't eat out much at all. We used to several times a week, now it is about 1-2 times a month tops!
We shop differently, we look for organic foods more and it really makes a difference in taste too! I am amazed at some of the foods I found this year that are point friendly, healthy and taste good!
I just want to add, that I could not have done this without any of you! My journey is not over yet, and it is nice to know you are all by my side.

Do you have any food recommendations? I find we eat out too much which is a big part of the problem.

I have tons of recommendations...
Dh and I need a lot of quick dinners because I am in class a lot and he works late sometimes...
For nights like this we eat...(from Trader Joes)
Lobster Ravioli
Sushi
Gnochi
Shrimp Stir Fry
Cod Fish sticks
Chicken Drummets
Pizza English Muffins
Shrimp Cocktail
On nights that require more cooking...
We bbq chicken cutlets
bake/broil tilapia
Steak on grill
Favorite Side dishes: (Also low on points from trader joes)
Potato Medley
Sweet Potato Fries
Steak Fries
Any veggie really
I also recommend the cereals at TJ's and these snacks
Kashi crackers with lite laughing cow cheese (love the garlic and herb)
Chocolate Chip dunkers (great with a cup of tea)
Peanut Butter Cups (special treat)
Lite Mozzerella sticks
Let me know if you need more...I can go on and on!
