LIIVF problems with voice message
Hello,
I picked LIIVF by recommendations and when I went to my first visit i was sure this was the place for me.
I have encountered small issues among them the voicemail.
I called for my instructions and the message said, "There is no messages from the doctor". so I hanged up. When in reality there was a message placed per the Clinical Director. This has cause a late start with my injectables and want to know if there is someone else experiencing the same.
Please let me know your experience with Long Island IVF too.

Re: LIIVF problems with voice message
I've never had issues with their voicemail when I was cycling. They usually tell you not to check until after 5 though... but the voicemails are usually there by 4 if not 3... I could call the office if you're encountering problems. GL!

Re: LIIVF problems with voice message
They are investigating.
The wierd thing is that I was told that the voicemail was activated at 3pm. I called in at 7pm.?????

Re: LIIVF problems with voice message
The sad part is that I told by the Clinical Director that I called the voicemail from my home numer at 7pm and there is no way I could have called at 3pm because I was still at work. The instructions states to call from your home number and I did.
There is no explaination and was asked if someone has my SS# and I said no.

Re: LIIVF problems with voice message
I never had an issue with the VM but I remember going in there a few times and them asking if I was having issues because others were. I think when they first set you up, sometimes, there are issues.
If you didn't get a VM and you're expecting one, I would definitely call the nurse on call, and definitely don't just wait until the next day. You could mess up your whole cycle that way.
Good luck to you
