Swimming lesson, water sensitivity issue classes for kids with Special Needs?

DS is still having major issues with the bath. This is really bad. It's sobbing cries from the moment he can hear the water running (even from another room).

I am looking for a swimming class but one more targeted from kids with sensory issues.

I am looking in Eastern Nassau to Western Suffolk.

Also are they being "covered" by EI under PT or OT?

Safe T Swim does offer half price lessons to children with Autism. I'm not sure where I saw that, I think on the NSASA site.

The only other program I know of is this one. Nicholas goes, gets a 30 minute private lesson each time, but it's mostly older kids and families.
