My husand and I have not had sex in about 2 weeks. He says now he can

Yes, It totally happens and sucks. DH and I have a dry spell too since I've gotten in my third tri. I feel so unattractive and it's weird for DH. I felt bad and "helped" him out a bit last weekend.
Oh, and we know a couple who had sex and then her water broke the next day and she was 6 weeks early! Baby is a year now and totally fine, but that scares me too.

I think we have had sex a total of 7 times since I got my BFP on January 3rd. 
I miss it. 
DH is freaked out. He thinks he's able to poke the baby ( ) or that the baby will "see" him.

I am just so big, it's just hard to imagine 1-feeling attractive and 2-being able to pretzel myself into a position where i wouldn't be afraid of hurting the belly! plus with  moving so much it's practically a menage a trois!

well im glad its not just us...I asked him last night if he still loved me and found me attractive...he was like "umm yes" He said it happens, i read it in the book...lol....he actually read the baby books, i couldnt believe it..

With dd#1 and #2 we stopped at 3 months until we had them  So when we wanted #3 I told him no not unless we still have sex during the whole pregnancy  so I won and we had sex up until 2 days before I delivered ! So I totally know how you feel !!

we havent done it once since i got pregnant and im 10 weeks now.
DH is nervous, and i've been so sick at nite that really im useless. i feel terrible about it. Dh said to talk to the dr. about it when i see her next week..like if its ok or not..LOL

I have NOOOO interest in sex. It's terrible. I keep waiting for my 2nd tri sex drive to kick in!
Poor DH is climbing the walls with the lack of. The two times we had it recently it felt different and I didnt like the way it felt.

we've only had sex twice since getting my BFP on 1/28. we do alot more cuddling and snuggling now that im pg. DH is afraid he's going to hurt the baby.

We're going through that now. I get it though - from a man's point of view. I think it's different for us but for them (men) they sometimes don't feel that comfortable.
My husband knows I really can't move on top and when he's on top, he's too concerned with laying on me. The fact that I say that the baby feels so low doesn't help either.
It's not that he doesn't find you attractive, he's just weirded out by there being a person so close to the territory.

I can't even tell you the last time we had it. In my first tri i was told no sex and once i got in the 2nd tri we got the ok. I think maybe twice we were able to do that, other than that he's afraid to touch me. Thinks he might hurt the baby. It sooo sucks, because not only do we not get any now, it's atleast 4-6 weeks after the baby before you can even consider it again

Well, do you honestly want to have sex ? i mean some women want it all the time, but many are totallly turned off.
If you want it, he should put out. Its good for you to release happy hormones.
FYI- sex puts the baby to sleep if you have an ******, all those rhythmic contractions are like a cradle

Ha , I finally had it this past weekend, after 2 months of nothing. I don't think 3rd trimester I will be doing much of anything, let alone sex

Ugh, I feel like crap at night. I really do not fear we're hurting the baby or anything like that - I just want to puke when I get home from work. Needless to say, once since my BFP last month

If you saw my post on the relationship board, you'll see i've been so frisky this 2nd trimester--like every other day when comes home from work or first thing in the morning I'm like....hey babe get over here
WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME!!!!!
I hope DH doesn't think I'll stay like this! I'm sure things will change either in the 3rd tri and DEFINITELY after the baby is born!

I'm 22 weeks along and we've only done it twice the whole pregnancy In the 1st trimester I was too sick to want it. Then in the 2nd trimester I've started to get so big that I dont think he's into it and I dont feel attractive at all!
Not to mention, anytime I ummm..."finish" I get braxton hicks contractions. Its not dangerous or bad (from what I understand) but it kind of ruins it for me

Dry spell here as well. It's been probably six weeks or so AND my anniversary was Monday. (But we got home @ 1:30 from seeing the Dead, so THAT wasn't happening! )
