Those who have been to the DR
When you went, what month was it and how warm was it?
I'm just trying to guage what the weather will be like in early June. I checked weather.com, but it doesn't discuss humidity, etc - just stayed temps are near 80-85.

my favorite time to go to Caribbean in general is till the end of March... but you should be fine until May... but the humidity will rise slowly and chance of rain will increase as well...

We went for our HM at the end of September and it was in the 80's, somewhat humid, but not uncomfortable.

Great question, we are going early June also and I was wondering the same thing! From what I have read, I am expecting it to be pretty hot. Where are you staying?

We went in May 2008 and it was AWESOME. Definitely very warm, not super duper humid, and pleasant. There was a day where it was a little cloudy cause of rain, but otherwise, it was in the high 80's each day we were there and plenty of sunshine

I went to Punta Cana last July (right after the 4th). It was very warm. Never wore anything over my dresses or tanks at night.

I have been there in August as well as in January. The weather was beautiful both times! I mean it was hot, but i LOVED it. The sun shone (shined?) every day. Have a wonderful time!

All of you will LOVE Excellence! That's where we went for our HM. We're thinking about going to the one in Playa Mujeras in Mexico this year.
