Do I still have time to...
do the ww diet in time for my cruise on July 16???
ww is not a fast loosing diet plan so that's why I was wondering and its the only one i want to do...I don't like the other weight loss plans...

I don't know how much you would like to lose by then but if you use your WW points for lean meats, veggies & fruits plus some cardio you should do well. Try to avoid anything with flour or sugar (breads, pasta, rice, potatoes, cakes, cookies, etc). Good luck!

I want to loose like 10 or 11 lbs. If I avoid pasta can I still have the ww smart ones spaghetting marinara meals???
What is the best meat to eat when you are on this diet...

I would stick with chicken, lean cuts of beef, pork, fish, etc. Personally I would skip anything with spagettei and processed like frozen foods as you never really know what's in them and they are often high in sodium. But you could try it and if you are not getting the results you want you can always eliminate them later.

True I always have that option. But it's not like I would be eating these meals every night, maybe like twice a week...
