We're back !!!!!!!
Tonight was our dinner with my SD and it went great  !!!!!! Even better than I think we expected  ...After almost 2.5 missed years lost we literally picked up where we left off without even any awkwardness...My DS adores her and was being his regular old goofy self and she loved holding her baby sister ...We stayed local to her house and she picked Boston Market , so we were there about 1.5 hours but its a nice step in the right direction !!
We started to be worried we were going to have an "issue" because when DH called yesterday to set up the time, the BM got on the phone and told him she was nervous  ( Hmmm wonder why, could it be because on Friday SD was excited and BM got to get her worked up all week-end long over it ???) Either way, she was totally fine and it was awesome to see her
I have a "feeling" we will be ssing her much more now

Thank you ...The last pic is of a neclace we had my DD give her ...The other half says "Lil Sis " , we put it in her memory box for when she is old enough to wear it...We wanted my SD to have something to commemorate the 1st time she and her little sister met ....My DS also picked her out a little something to give her ( it was almost a green Hulk motorcycle  ) , but then on his own he got her a Littlest Pet Shop Toy , and a cheerleading neclace (and he didnt even know she cheerleads when he picked it, funny enough )
