Anyone ever hear of a cold uterus?
My cousin is TTC for over 10 months. She went to dr and all tests were ok. Husband's test came back fine. She went to an acupuncturist and they said she has yang deficiency. They told her that her blood does not flow throughout her body properly and causes her uterus to be too cold to TTC, and they suggested she eat warmer foods and use a heat pack every nite.

Yes I have a cold uterus as well.. My acupuncturist told me to stay away from cold food, eat a lot of warm food. Dont put ice in my drinks and to put a heating pack on my stomach.

Hi! My acupuncturist recently diagnosed me as having a cold uterus.I have been TTC for almost a year.Now I am eating all warm foods, and she also told me not to eat/drink dairy or fruit juices. I also put a warm compress on my stomach every night.
How long have you been going for acupuncture? I just started. Do you feel different or think it helps?
