Small Vent
So, I wrote a wedding review and then got tons of FM's saying "Great review blah blah blah" but then they ask a question - like "who did your invites" or "where did you get xyz" meantime ALL that information is IN the REIVEW that they just said they read!!!
Are people stupid? I don't get it 
I'm not saying it to be a meanie, I just don't understand why someone would ask something if I already gave the information in the review....Is it b/c people don't read it - even though they told me how great my review was?!?

Because people don't read.. They just look at the pictures.

ITA with Kim people don’t read they just look at the pictures. To be honest that was one of my main reasons not writing a review. That plus I didn’t want it to have to be edited if I was honest about a vendor.

I still haven't written a reveiw.. I have some not so good things to say about 2 vendors.. and don't want to be bothered editing it later. So for now.. until I am ready I am not posting one.

Most people just look at the pictures and dont bother to read. You should respond saying "reading is fundamental"

See this is my thing - I didn't read everything everyone wrote on their review when I was planning BUT if I loved someone's hair or make up I would read THAT part!! If I liked their dress I would read THAT part - see where I am going with this
So if you liked my xyz enough to FM me why didn't you just read the paragraph next to the picture

i admit i really just looked at the pictures posted but if i saw something i liked then i would read that section to get the info, and i would only FM if i had a specific quest that was not answered in the review....but yes i think people are just lazy

I got the same thing. Like people saying can I have the phone number to your hair salon...umm its in the REVIEW!
I just tell people all the info is in the review!

ugghhh I hate that. I seriously regret writing a review. Nobody reads them. I get mail all of the time asking about stuff that is clearly in my review. The other thing I can't stand is that I gave some negative reviews on some vendors (I wanted to be honest) and I would get mail making me feel worse than I already did about the particular vendor. I.e. I hated my hair day of (as i'm sure many of you are aware) and I had someone write me and say "I can see why you didn't like your hair, the curls don't look right, they are too loose, your hair looked nothing like your trial, blah, blah, blah..Its like thanks make me feel worse than I already do!!! lol I have contemplated taking the review down altogether...because I feel like I wasted my time writing one, no one actually reads it and after about a month it ends up on page 3..I feel like whats the point..
