HPT...earlier with twins?
Just curious if you found out earlier with a HPT that you were pregnant because it's twins?

Actually - i took a test the day before and the day that af was due - both times the test was negative.
It wasn't until I was a day late that I got a positive.

I tested positive earlier for my singleton than I did with my twins..isn't that weird??
I was also less sick with the twins and all my children are boys so it can't be related to thier sex.

I waited to test the day my period was late, but I def did not have to wait the 2 minutes the pregnancy test said to wait. I was still peeing and that line was turning darker and darker by the second. My doctor told me that happens with multiple births because you have extra of the chemical that HPT test for.

I didn't test earlier than usual but the lines did get darker than usual and the line appeared very quickly too.

Same here....the positive line got darker faster then the test line.

I took a test at 8pm and the 2nd line appeared very quickly. I had a feeling then it was twins.

I did IVF with both pg's. I got a postive on the same day. Also, my beta numbers were near the same with a singleton as with triplets!

I kept getting negatives. But, since it was my second pregnancy I just knew I was pregnant. I could feel it. I kept telling my husband that the tests were wrong. It wasn't till I dipped it in a cup of urine that it came out positive.
