Healthy Eats 4/24
Breakfast: cup of coffee - 2eggwhites, 3strawberries, 1pt.ww cheese stick
Plans for...
Lunch: 60cal.yogurt, 90cal special k bar spread w/a little reduced fat peanut butter & an orange
Dinner: chicken in lemon-garlic/whitewine w/broccoli & salad.

Breakfast: tea and 80 cal yogurt with 100 cal goldfish pretzels
Lunch: not sure I brought a 90cal Special K bar and a sugar free 60cal pudding
but I am leaving work early so I might just grab subway or something a little later
Dinner: not sure either, DH is working a double tonight and wont be home till 6am so I am on my own haha

Lunch: One slice of American Cheese on two slices of 45 calorie whole wheat bread
Snack: 100 calorie cookie pack
Dinner: Don't know yet except I am NOT cooking, LOL
Workout: Plans to take a nice walk!

Breakfast – PB&J on whole wheat toast Snack – honey wheat pretzel sticks Lunch – chopped salad with grilled shrimp Snack – 90 cal yogurt Dinner – Chinese – I will try to be good but we are going to my favorite restaurant

Breakfast - golden grahams cereal, tea
Snack - 4 oz Dole mixed fruit cup
Lunch - one slice mushroom pizza (rewarding myself for getting through a long hard week at work)
Snack - 8-10oz Dole pineapple chunks
Dinner - WW chicken alfredo meal
Snack - I am going to try to be good at the pocketbook party!!!!

Dinner- homemade california rolls, miso soup, teriayaki asparagus

Lunch- 180 lean cuisine roasted chicken ( not filling at all)
Snack - flatbread egg white veggie sandwich from DD ( i was really hungry after that not so satisfying lunch)
