Maine Hotel RAVE!!
For our anniversary we drove up to Cape Elizabeth, Maine (just outside Portland) and stayed at the Inn by the Sea and LOOOOOOOOOOOVED it. The hotel was just beautiful and it was set on Crescent Beach. It was a little cool this time of year but we seriously had a blast. The staff could not have been friendlier, the hotel restaurant was great and the place was just GORGEOUS. Apparently they just put millions into it to make it a "Green" hotel.
Anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway- it was 5- 5 1/2 hours from LI and the area was just beautiful!!!
