UPDATED: I HATE Croup

DS has croup AGAIN - 102 fever, 15 mos old.

FYI - you don't have to take a 15 month old to the hospital unless his fever is 105.

UPDATE: I still hate croup, but DS has an ear infection AGAIN. He had "one" from Thanksgiving to Christmas almost - 3 different Rx's.

DS also has to go on a nebulizer b/c he pulsox was low - still trying to figure that one out.

I use to go through this with my son all of the time when he was little. I actually had to bring him to the ER twice because it was so bad. Now he is 9 and he doesn't get it as much and if he does it's not nearly as bad as when he was a toddler.

Ugh, I had croup when I was little (up until I was about 10). My Mom tells me there was a long stretch of time where I didn't want to go to sleep because I didn't want to wake up with it. I just remember being in so much pain coughing like that.

I updated it above but I did a search for Pulox, came up with the machine but no real info. Then the paranoia set in so I stopped looking for more problems. One website said it can be used (with other tests) for Sleep Apnea. And my DS snores like your grandpa on the couch watching TV.
He already sees and ENT but I might have to call to settle my nerves.
