I have yet another question
Ok so here it is.. I have obsessive compulsive disorder about cleanliness. I have a shower in the morning then I always have a bath at night before bed. I haven't thought much about it until I was taking a bath last night and was wondering could I be altering the PH of my body by bathing to often.
The thing is we do the BD every night after my bath.. I'm starting to think this may not be wise..
ANY HELP
