we ordered ours from walmart.com- it says our last name and then in script over it- home is where the story begins or something like that- they have some other cute ones too walmart

We got ours from Etsy... It was actually a gift from a friend - I don't know what seller she used but I think it was A Simple Impression
weird. I guess you'll have to copy and paste.
