Forgive me for being stupid...
But where do you guys get those charts for your O days? Is there a site for that?
Also those who came off the pill....did you continue to get AF regular or irregular?

I chart by taking my temps each morning. I learned a LOT from www.ovusoft.com ( I bought their program, they have a free 30 day trail, was like $34 after that ) IT helped me a LOT.
Also http://www.fertilityfriend.com Is good..I use their charting stuff FREE, and it tells you the basics.

Also, there's a book that many of us have called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It's an almost fail proof guide on how to master charting your cycles.
I created the sheet on excel, if after you get/read the book you'd like me to email it to you.

I still can't believe that I never truly noticed nor understood my cycles all these years until I read that book.

Definitely get the book that Lissette posted - its FABULOUS and will help you SO much to learn about your cycles, charting, etc.
I truly think it should be required reading for every teenager girl and EVERY woman - I know more now about my body at 35 than I knew my entire adult life

Fertility Friend is free (but limited). Ovusoft if free 1st month and then $39 unlimited membership.

I became pretty regular almost right away, the next month it came right on schedule as if I was still on the pill.
