Healthy Eats 5/4
start of a new week girls...happy(rainy ) monday!
breakfast: 1cup cheerios w/ff milk, clementine & a coffee
Lunch: tuna, ww 1pt. cheese stick, strawberries
Dinner: Steak, broccoli, & side of brown rice
i working a mid-day shift today at work, so i'm going to try to cut snacks all together but we'll see! if i get hungry i'll snack on an orange & some sf jello

Breakfast: Special K bar and green ginger tea.
Lunch: 45 calorie whole wheat bread with one tbsp of chunky peanut butter
Dinner: balsalmic chicken and bowties with peas and ham ( leftovers )
Snacks: My friend warned me that she made brownies so I am cutting out all snacks so I have one. A small one. LOL
Workout: half hour on Air Walker

breakfast - 1 cup frosted shredded wheat cereal with 1% milk, tea.
AM snack - pudding snack cup
lunch - 2 slices american cheese and 2 slices turkey on white bread, two lemon crisp cookies.
PM snack - grapes and / or small cup dole pineapple chunks - depending on how hungry I get!
Dinner - pork chops, organic mac and cheese (trying annie's for the first time, hope it's not as bad for you as kraft, which I haven't eaten in forever but still could eat a whole box of if I let myself ... ) and some sort of veggie.

breakfast: instant oatmeal, coffee with 2 tsp sugar
snack: 1/2 of a crunchy nature valley granola bar (a serving is 2 bars)
lunch: turkey burger on a potato roll and a homemade caprese salad with 1 serving of cheese in it
snack: fat free yogurt and a handful of nuts
dinner: homemade jamaican curry chicken and a small portion of brown rice
dessert: 5 strawberries and a strawberry yogurt
