El Mariachi! Great food and great atmosphere. And on Friday and Saturday nights they have a live band! Love it there!

I'm not sure if this was posted with the intention of celebrating cinco de mayo - in which case i am responding a little late - but either way - Definitely try Besito in Huntington. Such a great vibe there, good food and great Sangria and Mango Margaritas. It's great in the spring/summertime too because they have the seating outside in the front right in the village of Huntington.
