Any ideas for a 1st anniversary celebration?
Our anniversary is coming up 
We are pondering over ideas but can't decide. What have you ladies done to celebrate?
I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S BEEN A YEAR!! (almost)
My wedding seriously feels like a few months ago!

We went away to the Poconos for the weekend. We didn't want to go too far and it was very relaxing.

Ohhh I wish we could do this but our RH doesn't have a restaurant!

We spent the day at Mohegan Sun, ate at the Lobster Shack there and then stayed at the Bellissimmo Grande - check it out, they have free limo service to Foxwoods and start at $70/n!

We drove up to Maine and stayed at this awesome hotel near Portland- Inn by the Sea, ate some cake and lobsta :)
Just relaxed had a nice weekend

we went to hershey park a few months ago even though our anniversary isnt till June. Im so glad we did because im pretty sure our  will be arriving just in time for our anniversary a month early!

We actually looked into this idea! Still trying to figure out what to do!

we are desperately trying to save for a trip to Jamaica. But we'll see. We'll probably do a short weekend trip..maybe to the poconos or a bed & breakfast

ours is still far away
i dont know what we are going to do....we were going to take a trip this spring (un-related to our anniversary) but we've been waiting for this house thing so we had to postpone the trip (which kind of worked out since we were planning on doing mexico! so with the whole swine flu thing i dont feel so bad that we didnt get to do the trip!)....so maybe we will get to do the vacation for our anniversary! hard to say though since hopefully we'll be moved sometime in the near future and we might be tight with $$ at that point....
i say if you cant afford a vacation, maybe a nice weekend trip? or a nice dinner at a fancy place that you normally wouldnt go to - or a night at a hotel and do like a spa thing/breakfast in bed....those are the ideas i have in mind for our 1 year anniversary....

Do you want to go away for a week or a weekend, or make it a one-night celebration? Maybe you can go on a cruise, get away to AC for the weekend or get a hotel in the city for a one-night deal and go to a show and a fancy restaurant.

We went to dominican a week before our actual anniversary (due to scheduling conflicts at work).
Then for our actual night, we had dinner at our RH and then came home to eat the top of the cake and drink champagne. We also watched part of our wedding video.

We needed to redo our bathroom so that was our gift to each other. We went out for a nice dinner at Prime since it is as close to being back at the Harbor Club as we could get!

We are going to Walt Disney World for five days the weekend before our actual anniversary. DH has never been there and it's also his b-day weekend so we have many things to celebrate.

I got married at Harbor Club too! How was the food at Prime?
